Export the Care Plan

Hand the whole picture to anyone who needs it — a printable report you can take to an appointment, or a read-only link that expires on its own.

Two ways to hand it over

An export is a report — a fixed document you print, save or attach. A share link opens the same picture in a browser, read-only, and lapses on its own. Neither gives anyone an account or an ongoing seat in your care event; that's sharing access, which is a different thing.

Or send a link that expires on its own

A share link opens a read-only report in any browser — no account needed — and expires after 30 days. It's the right tool for a one-time consult.

Report exports and share links are included on paid plans, and only for care events where you hold export access.

Treat the link like the report itself

  • Because no account is needed to open it, anyone holding the link can read it — send it the way you'd send the printed report.
  • It lapses after 30 days on its own, so an old message stops being a live door into the record.
  • A link is a snapshot for reading, not a seat at the table. To let someone work alongside you, use sharing instead.
