Step one · Redaction first

First we remove personal details — before anything else moves.

Before any analysis of your records begins, NaviaCAIR detects personal details — names, MRNs, dates, locations — and blacks them out. You review every redaction. You decide what stays private. Nothing leaves the redaction step until you say so.

Step three · Intelligent interpretation

Then the AI reads the chart so you don't have to translate it.

The model identifies and translates complex medical jargon, extracts medications, dosages, appointments and follow-up flags, and summarizes the substance. Every claim is anchored to the source line so you can verify it. Translation, not transformation.
